Multan Board CREATION
The Multan Secondary School Board was formed from the Lahore Commission under the West Pakistan Secondary School Board (Multan and Sargodha) Regulations 1968 (now repealed). It is now governed by the Punjab Secondary Education Commission Act 1976.
The Multan Secondary Education Board was established on March 30, 1968. Its establishment followed an ordinance of the West Pakistani Government approved by the Pakistani Parliament during a meeting at the camp office in Multan on 24 May. Multan. Initially, Multan
including Quetta, Kallat, Bahawalpur, and Dera Ghazi Khan was included in the Multan Board. In 1968, Quetta and Karat started working separately, and in 1978, the Bahawal Pur Board was formed and started working separately. In 1982, Dera Ghazi Khan’s board was separated from his Multan board.
